Job requirements / profile
Core tasks
Requesting and assessing master materials from manufacturers
Project-based planning and management of film releases, DVD/Blu-ray releases, broadcast releases and the associated deliveries.
Coordination and communication with licensees, producers, partners
Locating press material
Kijkwijzer coding
Responsible for archiving digital and physical material.
Event management at trade fairs
Coordination of grant applications
Contract management
Financial management
Internship guidance

What we ask
HBO/WO level.
At least 2 years of experience in traffic management.
A background in film and entertainment is an advantage
Experience with Kijknummer coding, or willingness to take a course for this.
Affinity with planning and organization

Language requirements
Dutch English
